Auspost Standard & Express Delivery
Most of our shipments will be handled by AusPost. Shipment cost covers a maximum package weight of 5kg Australia wide. Any excess weight will incur additional fees which will be confirmed & communicated. Additional fees in such event are payable over the phone.
Standard Shipping is estimated to be 2+ business days from the day of pickup by AusPost.
Express Shipping is estimated to be next business day within the express post network from the day of pickup by AusPost.
Orders of $150.00+ will be eligible for free Standard Shipping. Please make sure to select this option at checkout, as this option will only be made available if your order meets the minimum requirements (excluding shipping cost).
Olly’s Party Shop is not responsible for ETA of deliveries handled by AusPost.
Table Cover Rolls, Frozen foods & desserts are not available for Auspost delivery due to shipping restrictions. These items may be picked up instore.
In the event you purchase an item mentioned above as not available for delivery via AusPost, the item will not be shipped. You will be contacted, and alternative arrangements will be discussed.
Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery is available from Tuesday to Saturday after 4pm, not including public holidays, for the listed suburbs below so long as orders are placed online before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed for the following day for delivery after 4pm. For this service, please select Standard Shipping at check out. Once we receive your order, we will check the address on Google maps to determine eligibility for Same Day Delivery. We will then contact you via SMS for confirmation. Further instructions will be available in the SMS.
Table cover rolls, frozen food & desserts are included as part of the same day delivery service as this will not be handled by Auspost. If frozen food and desserts are ordered, please ensure that you are home, or at the destination address to receive the order. No orders are returned to the store after being sent out for delivery. If no one is available to receive the order, it will be left in a safe place, you will be notified via SMS, and an image of where it was left will be sent. We will not be liable for any damages caused because of defrosted food/dessert in this situation. No exchange or refunds are available for food items.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available during our business trading hours (see Contact Page for hours). All Click & Collect orders have a min 2 hour window prior to pickup. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via SMS. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be made ready for pick up the next business day. In some instances your order may be ready earlier, in which case you will be notified either way.
If any items are out of stock, you will be contacted, and alternative options will be discussed.
Click and collect will not be available on public holidays as our store is closed on these days. If a public holiday is chosen as a pick up date, the order will not be processed or prepared till the next business day.
No matter the scenario, we kindly request that you pick up your order after a confirmation message has been sent to you.
Click and collect orders will be held for a maximum of 5 business days not including day of purchase or public holidays.
Should the order not be collected within this time, you forfeit the order, and no refund will be issued unless prior arrangements have been made.
