You can do either one. We do recommend and prefer pre bookings. It allows us to allocate time slots for orders to avoid excess wait times especially if it is a large order. Pre-payment is required for all pre orders. You are still welcome to pop in and purchase on the spot, but we cannot guarantee a speedy service if you are in a rush especially if we have pre orders.

Yes, but please refer to our Shipping Information page. Balloon delivery would be a limited service depending on size and quantity, so please contact us to confirm first.

If you know exactly what you are after, you may contact us via mobile (pre-payment required over the phone) or you may place the order in person at our shop (best option if you require assistance). We require pre-payment for all balloon orders.

Yes, you may. Prices vary depending on the balloon size. We generally provide a price estimate before inflating and price will be confirmed upon completion. Please note, we take no responsibility for any balloons that may pop while inflating. Please ensure you provide us with spares as a precaution. Should one of your balloons pop while inflating, you will still be charged for the helium.

Generally speaking, provided that balloons are stored or used at room temperature:

Helium filled latex balloons last between 8 – 12 hours.
Helium filled foil balloon will last up to a week if not more.

Please note:
Foil balloons can be re-used & re-inflated. Additional charges apply.
DO NOT attempt to fill foil balloons with air otherwise the helium will become diluted if you come to us for a re-fill and do not notify us. Re-fill charge will still apply if the balloon doe not float.

Storing balloons at room temperature is the best way to extend the life of the balloon. Keep away from heaters and air-conditioners. If too hot, helium expands and may result in popping balloons. If too cold, helium will condense and cause your balloon to shrink very quickly. We also use a glue-like treatment called Hi-Float that we put ONLY in the latex balloons. This will make your latex balloons last 2-3 days longer by slowing down the rate of helium escaping through micro holes in the latex balloon. Even with Hi-float the balloon must still be stored at room temperature. Hi-Float is priced at $0.40 extra per 30cm Latex balloon.

Never too late to ask, please let us know what you need, and we will do our best to accommodate. If is it too late, we will let you know. Ideally, it is best to make an order at least 1 day before.

Our standard length is 1.5 meters; however, we can make it shorter or longer if needed.

We are happy to make changes to your order up until the day before your function, but once we have inflated the balloons for you, we cannot change or refund. Generally, balloon orders are prepped within 2 hours of the agreed pick-up time.

You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up.
Balloon orders should be picked up as soon as possible.

Yes we do but it depends on what you need refunded. No refunds on frozen goods that leave our store or for damaged or opened items. Helium is non refundable.  Receipts must be provided for refund processing.

Yes. We accept both methods of payment. Please note, minimum instore EFTPOS spend is $10.00 otherwise a $0.50 surcharge will apply.
